Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and safety.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safe navigation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory software or handheld devices.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
