Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable attendance and a proven track record of punctuality.
