Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document daily material movements.
- Clean and organize the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the accurate picking and packing of orders for customer delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must provide proof of certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for logging data.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
