Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is securely fastened and properly documented for shipment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of all equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to coordinate logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work full-time shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new procedures.
