Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining organized stock locations.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Keep the warehouse aisles and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety manuals, work orders, and shipping documents.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
