Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate in various warehouse environments (cold storage, dry goods)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
