Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on all equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and checking paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required).
- Previous experience operating Counterbalance or Reach Trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
