Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory by counting stock and reconciling records.
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment by strictly adhering to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to prevent accidents.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification (Must provide valid license).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
