Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, railcars, and conveyors with speed and accuracy.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and documentation.
