Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely load and unload freight trucks in compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory and update stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required for immediate consideration).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
