Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using our WMS system.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (must be provided at interview).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
