Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and accessible.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and order fulfillment.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping duties as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High-Reach) in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
