Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting as required.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CPH, OSHA, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required for warehouse, but good to have).
