Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move goods.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any malfunctions to management immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
