Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Clean and organize the warehouse workspace to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CLP/CDL) or valid license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime on weekends.
