Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials from trailers and racks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- 1-2 years of professional forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning labels and logging data.
