Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products accurately.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and reporting issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
