Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Verify accuracy of items, quantities, and condition against work orders before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or wireless devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
