Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, stack, and retrieve materials efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring accuracy and secure handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must possess valid license and certification).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
