Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist in training new operators on safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong understanding of weight distribution and load balancing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
