Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently in compliance with safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks with precision.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper maintenance and identify potential safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline daily operations and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, etc.) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
