Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and shelving products.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
