Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse flow.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator License (OSHA certified).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically fit to lift heavy loads and stand for extended shifts.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
