Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and using warehouse management systems.
