Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and railroad cars.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
