Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and pre-shift safety checks
- Manage inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekend shift team for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements
- Assist with cross-training in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable weekend availability
- Pass background/driving record check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
