Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Organize warehouse storage areas for maximum space utilization
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and measurement
- Strong attention to detail with safety-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation to 7am start times
- Preferred experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
