Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the Charlotte facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Organize and restock inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and following warehouse traffic rules.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets are met during weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy industrial equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate forklifts for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
