Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately receive and verify incoming inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and attend required training sessions.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class I, II, or III) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
