Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and labeling products accurately according to customer orders.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspecting goods for damage or defects before shipping.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verifying inventory counts and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit, MI facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
