Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Accuracy: Scan and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Palletizing: Properly palletize products to ensure stability during transport and storage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any mechanical issues with equipment immediately to the maintenance team.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and pass forklift certification training.
