Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team for a Weekend Shift in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an Immediate Start opportunity for candidates ready to contribute to our high-volume distribution center.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and organize inventory.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate digital logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is required.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
