Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for any maintenance issues before operation.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage racks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Order Picker preferred).
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for site transport).
