Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts in the warehouse management system.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance or Reach Truck preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
