Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, maintain accurate stock levels, and inspect incoming shipments for damage.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
