Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Class 1 & 3) and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Organize and stock inventory with a focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling, as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
