Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Secure loads properly using straps, bands, and braces to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must provide valid license/certification).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
