Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for this entry-level role).
