Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Inspect packaging materials for defects to ensure product safety.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
