Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the Mesa facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by staging and organizing stock according to established company standards.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
