Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Verify shipping documents and ensure proper labeling of all outgoing and incoming freight.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating a forklift (counterbalance preferred) is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
