Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before each shift and report any mechanical problems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Valid driver's license (not required for the role, but a plus).
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
