Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
- Load and Unload:** Verify inventory accuracy during loading and unloading processes to ensure stock integrity.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, including staging areas and aisles.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Counterbalance/Reach) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
