Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Load and Unload Cargo: Accurately load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring accurate counts and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately and follow instructions precisely.
- Clean Record: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory for the operator role.
