Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Support loading/unloading of trucks with proper material handling
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
