Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of shipping and receiving orders.
- Handle physical materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CLSO or equivalent).
- Proven experience operating Reach Trucks or Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and overtime when required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
