Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (RFID, Reach, and Sit-Down) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and verifying stock against orders.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification: Must possess a current, unexpired operator's license (RFID/Reach preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- CDL (Optional): Commercial Driver's License is a plus but not required.
