Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks and materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure strapping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition before use.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
