Job Overview
We are looking for reliable individuals to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Verify and count incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated racking systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL is a plus but not always required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work weekends and handle overtime shifts as business needs dictate.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Proven track record of safety-conscious work habits.
