Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed to maintain workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance
